A vision board provides you with a daily visual reminder of your dreams, goals and intentions for the year using a collage of images, words, and affirmations. We will gather inspiring images & words from magazines and books and arrange them on a physical board adding your own personal
touch with inspirational quotes.
Seeing my vision board regularly—with images and words representing my goals, wishes, and values—helps remind me what I want to do, be, and have. And helps to ensure that I continue to move towards those things, both consciously and unconsciously.
